I suppose it may be genetic ?

While no one was looking, Alex quietly went into the mudroom. When I came to find him and see what he was up to, I found him playing with his new hat on . He had found the box his new shoes had come in that day and thought it made a great hat. Could head adornment be genetic?

A blueberry weekend

While Shaun was on a fire assignment near Mt. Hood Oregon, Alex and I went to stay at my friends' parents blueberry farm in the Hood River Valley with her. Alex reluctantly took his first tractor ride with Carey (he much preferred the alluring pink toy stroller that his little friend Jenna had brought from home!) We picked berries until we were blue and had a really fun time being outside and "helping" Carey's dad pick the fruit.....Burp.

Camping

WE went camping in June. It was a great trip. However, we "injured" our stroller while packing for the trip and then "lost" our backpack carrier that Alex rides in some time while camping. We still aren't sure if we left it at the trail head or if someone stole if from camp. Anyway, we had a great time and didn't throw the baby out with the bathwater!
