Alexander David has joined our small family here on the High Desert. Alex joined us Sunday February 19 and we are most excited at his arrival, as well as a bit anxious for the changes coming our way. Christmas Parade


Over Thanksgiving weekend we went to the Redmond Christmas Parade. It was COLD and crisp and filled with lights and candy. Shaun and I found a nice spot along the road that was more open and we were able to grab a few pieces of candy after the streets had been highgraded by the kiddos.

snow









It snowed in November, up high in the mountains. Alex, myself and some girlfriends went for a snowshoe adventure.
If Alex could talk, I'm sure he would be quoting the little brother in "A Christmas Story"..."I can't move my arms..."
We had a good time and Alex slowly warmed up to the idea of his suit and the funny white snow.
